Zulfiqar N. Prasla graduated from University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 2003 and South Texas College of Law in 2008. Zulfiqar has clerk for both the private sector and public sector. He has handled cases both in State and Federal Courts. Zulfiqar’s immigration experience includes family visas, work visas, business visas, Removal and Deportation defense. Zulfiqar also has litigation experience in breach of contracts disputes, personal injury, Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and collection matters. |

Faheem Prasla graduated from University of Houston Law School in 2009, and was a Public Interest Fellow in 2006. Faheem clerked in both the public and private sector while in law school. After graduating from University of Houston Law School, Faheem worked as an Associate Attorney for a prestigious defense firm in Houston, Texas for over four years. He has handled cases in both State and Federal Courts. Faheem’s litigation experience includes general tort litigation, commercial litigation, premises liability litigation, trucking litigation as well as first party insurance litigation in which both contractual and extra-contractual causes of action have been asserted against insurance carriers. |
