Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026.
Prasla Law Firm PLLC ("the firm," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you use a contact form or other form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message details you choose to provide.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, this site may collect standard technical information — browser type, device, and pages visited — through analytics tools, used in aggregate to understand and improve the site.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss potential representation.
- To improve the website.
- We do not sell your information.
Confidentiality and the contact form
Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website until the firm has confirmed there is no conflict of interest and has agreed in writing to represent you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses two analytics tools to understand how the site is used — both disclosed here in full.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 measures aggregate site usage — pages viewed, time on site, and click events such as calls, text messages, scheduling clicks, and form submissions. GA4 is configured with IP anonymization. GA4 loads only after you accept the cookie-consent banner shown at the bottom of the site on your first visit. If you decline, GA4 is not loaded and no GA4 cookies are set. Google's privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Microsoft Clarity. Clarity produces anonymized usage analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to help us understand how visitors move through the site. Form fields and other sensitive content are masked by default — Clarity does not capture text you type into the contact-form fields, the "Ask a Question" forms, or any other input. Clarity also does not capture passwords. Microsoft's privacy information for Clarity: https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy.
Your cookie choice. The consent banner stores your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data for this site, which will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit.
No advertising trackers. This site does not run advertising trackers, pixel tags, or remarketing tags.
Data retention
Inquiry information is retained consistent with the firm's records-management practices and applicable rules. Inquiries that do not lead to representation are retained only as long as reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may contact the firm at znp@praslalaw.com with questions about information you have submitted.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
